Community banks have always played an important role in Michael Gallagher’s life – from his first job as a teller to his latest position here at 21st Century Bank.  As the new Senior Vice President of Business Development and Business Banking he brings substantial experience working with local banks to our team, and he’s now using his knowledge to positively impact our organization.

Michael gravitates toward community banks for our ability to prioritize customer care. The service-oriented individual starts building client relationships by listening, and once he is well-informed, works diligently to help customers increase efficiency and safely manage banking relationships.
