This Online Access Agreement governs your use of:

  • 21st Century Bank Online Banking
  • 21st Century Bank Mobile

Our Online Access Agreement covers, among other things:

  • Our obligations to you
  • Your obligations as a user of the service
  • How we send you notices and disclosures
  • Limitations on our liability to you
  • Error resolution

Please read the attached Agreement carefully. 

If you have any questions about this Agreement, you may contact us through 21st CB Online Services, at a branch or by calling 763.767.2178. Keep in mind that we may not immediately receive the electronic messages you send, and we will not take action based on your electronic message until we actually receive it and have a reasonable time to act. If you need immediate assistance, or if you would like to report an unauthorized transaction, please call us.
