Opened in 2025, our Eagan location is home to our Residential Development and Home Builders Team. Like some of our competitors – other locally owned and operated community banks – were merged or sold to larger financial institutions, we realized that a segment of business would go unserved. 21st Century Bank then decided to step up and fill that role within the Minneapolis – Southern metro.

Phil Hocking, Senior Vice President, leads the team. He provides service to builders and developers throughout the Twin Cities area with the entire lending process, from approval to closing. They also fund loan originations and provide construction draw management. With the buildout of his highly trained team, “We’re a resource for our clients,” said Phil. “And here at 21st Century Bank, we’re in this for the long run, not just to ride this latest real estate peak out then get out of the business.
