Business Continuity Plan
We have put together a business continuity plan for scenarios such as this. We have contingency plans in place to manage how we conduct business while maintaining customer and employee health and safety, including allowing employees to work remotely.  This allows us to be prepared for any interruptions caused by quarantines or restrictions. We are also monitoring state and local health organizations and will follow appropriate government guidance regarding our offices.

We will provide additional important updates to our customers with notifications on our website, mobile, and online banking, our Facebook page, and emails if and when appropriate. As stated above you may call or email our offices during regular business hours and we will provide the services and information you need.

Beware of scams related to coronavirus
Scammers are taking advantage of people’s fears surrounding Coronavirus. They are setting up websites selling bogus products, offering medical advice to take your personal information, and creating fake charities to steal donations. Here are some tips to avoid the most common Coronavirus scams.

Finally, we recommend reviewing the CDC website that has many resources including frequently asked questions, travel recommendations, and regular updates about the situation.
