A Walk to End Alzheimer’s

September 16, 2018

On a hot summer day they walked!

Employee, Cheryl Casey participated for the 4th year in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s in the Twin Cities. “I am committed to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s research, care, and support for the millions of people currently affected by this disease that are still with us and ultimately to find a cure! And to show that my Mom did not pass away from this disease in vain. I miss her deeply, and this is one small thing I can do to remember her.”

“The flowers and colors of the flowers represent if you have Alzheimer’s (blue), supporting or caring for someone with Alzheimer’s (yellow), lost someone to Alzheimer’s (purple) or you support the cause and vision a world without Alzheimer’s (orange) A white flower is for the future for survivors of Alzheimer’s when a cure is found.”
