Chairman and CEO of Sunrise Banks, a Minneapolis-St. Paul based national community development bank (CDFI). A social entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience, he focuses on financial empowerment, impact banking, and fintech partnerships. Under his leadership, Sunrise became the first Minnesota bank to be certified as a B Corp.
Beth Wozniak has led nVent Electric since its 2018 spinoff from Pentair, growing the Minneapolis-based company into a global force in electrical connection and protection — with a sharp focus on liquid cooling for AI data centers and critical grid infrastructure. Named Twin Cities Business 2023 Person of the Year and a 2024 EY Heartland Entrepreneur of the Year, she is widely recognized as one of the region’s most accomplished business leaders.
Tim Murnane is the longtime President and CEO of The Opus Group, a Minneapolis-based commercial real estate firm, where he has worked for 38 years. He is credited with transforming and leading the company post-Great Financial Crisis, and his tenure as CEO was among the longest in the firm’s history. He announced in May 2025 that he will retire at the end of 2026.
David Shea has spent more than 40 years building Shea Inc. into one of Minneapolis’s most recognized design firms, known for shaping high-profile restaurant and retail environments across the Twin Cities and beyond. He founded the firm on a belief that opportunity should be driven by performance over credentials — a philosophy that continues to define the team and its work.
