With over 30 years of lending experience, Jay Eull knows the ins and outs of the financial needs of small businesses. By working directly with business owners, he gets the chance to help them with their short-term and long-term financial needs while learning the story behind their business. Making connections with his clients is how Jay provides great customer service with an up-front and realistic approach.

“I’m upfront with my customers, I tell it like it is,” he said. When Jay’s clients are looking for cash to purchase new equipment or upgrade a building, they can trust that he will provide honest advice that the owners can work with.

He enjoys the part of the working relationship where he gets to know the business owners so he can share his own knowledge and explain exactly how they will be working together. It gives them the chance to communicate any concerns they might have and ask as many questions as they need to.

Jay has helped many customers grow their businesses with 21st Century Bank. He’s especially proud of his farming clients – those who have been through many difficult transitions through the years – and the clients he’s helped pass their company down from the parents to their children. Jay said being an employee of a community bank is what gives him the edge. He’s able to offer the same services as big banks along with community ties and valuable insights from a family-owned company.

Jay lives in Rogers and works at the 21st Century Bank branch in Rogers, a city he loves for its nostalgic feel and ties to his family. In his free time, he enjoys fishing at his cabin near Wilkins Lake and spending time with his wife, kids and grandkids.
