Lilydale, MN our newest bank location

Lilydale, Minnesota – this small town of just 900 residents is tucked away in the East Metro area of the Twin Cities. With captivating Mississippi River views and more than 100 years of history, we’ve decided this community is the perfect location for our newest branch.

Throughout the Twin Cities, there’s an incredible need for experts with backgrounds in small business banking – so we could have opened a new branch anywhere. We chose Lilydale so we could build a welcoming bank offering convenient access from freeways, ease of parking, and custom-tailored, full-service banking solutions. Entrepreneurs and small business owners deserve options, and what we bring to the community is a bank with more than a century
of experience and a trusted reputation throughout the state of Minnesota.

With our new branch, we’re serving individuals and entrepreneurs throughout the region – including Mendota Heights, Lilydale, St. Paul, South St. Paul, Eagan, East Bloomington, Inver Grove Heights, and Newport – providing you and fellow community members access to big bank sophistication and product offerings with the speed and close-knit relationships of a smaller bank.

What We Bring to Lilydale and Surrounding Communities
The benefits we bring are immense, and we can prove it. Here are just some of the ways we add value to local small business owners and entrepreneurs:

  • Big Bank Products – our banking products are competitive in pricing and product offerings
  • Small Bank Speed – we’re the fastest to the table when it comes to making a deal
  • Big Bank Sophistication – we offer the advisory capacities that align you with the right products for you, ones that are equal to our larger competitors
  • Small Bank Common Sense – when you’re a business owner, connections, relationships, and trust mean everything

Importantly, we’re experts at Small Business Administration (SBA) 7a and 504 loans – consistently ranked as a Top 10 SBA Preferred Lender in Minnesota and most recently listed #1 SBA 504 lender in Minnesota for fiscal year-end 2018.  We have a wealth of information about those programs here, and we, myself included, would love to talk with you more about them. We pride ourselves on relationships we have cultivated with our existing customers and feel honored by the strength of our referral networks. From starting your business to acquiring or selling your small business, we are here for you every step of the way.
